Putting on incontinence slips while standing
Fold the product lengthwise into a boat shape. Place it between your legs from front to back and smooth out the front. Unfold the back and check the centered fit by aligning the line of the wetness indicator with your spine.
Unfold the front of the slips sideways without pulling the product up. Fasten the lower fasteners horizontally and the upper fasteners vertically downwards.
Check that the slips fit snugly in the groin and crotch. Position the folds of the thighs outside the briefs and make sure that the film on the leg opening is facing outwards.
Putting on incontinence slips while lying down
Unfold the slips and strip them lengthwise down the middle to form a boat. The adhesive strips are on the back. Lay the patient on their side and pull the briefs between their legs from front to back to form a boat.
Unfold the front of the slips sideways without pulling the product upwards. Fasten the lower fasteners horizontally and the upper fasteners diagonally downwards.
Check that the slips fit correctly, both in the groin and in the crotch area. Make sure that the thigh folds are outside the briefs and that the film on the leg opening is facing outwards.
